At Guadalupe Grace, we take great care in preparing, packaging, and shipping each order to ensure your Virgen de Guadalupe necklace arrives safely and beautifully. Every piece is crafted and packaged with devotion and attention to detail before it begins its journey to you.
Processing Time:
Please allow 8–12 business days for your order to be processed, packaged, and shipped. Each necklace is carefully inspected for quality before shipping to ensure it meets our high standards. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
Shipping Delays:
While we always strive to meet our estimated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control—such as postal service disruptions, customs processing, or high seasonal demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.
Incorrect Addresses:
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase. Guadalupe Grace is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
